Product description:

This production line adopts ultrasonic overlapped welding technology, precise aluminum tube forming system ensures the aluminum tube welding quality, optimizing multilayer co-extrusion composite mold and polymer adhesive ensure the plastic and aluminum composite co-extrusion and bond to firm in thermal state. This whole line adopts PLC computer automatic control, which runs stably, operate and maintain conveniently. This production line can produce PPR, PEX, and PE material aluminum plastic composite pipe.
